Life Coaching
Coaching assists individuals in achieving improved performance. Thus, life coaching assists clients with setting and reaching their personal, family, professional, and wellness goals. In essence, coaching is about growth, development, improvement, and self-empowerment. Coaching can assist individuals with, but is not limited to, the following:
- - Health and wellness (physical and emotional)
- - Family and relationships
- - Career, profession, and finances
- - Education and mental development
- - Spiritual growth, ethics, and religion
- - Civic, social, and cultural endeavors
- - Leisure and recreation
During the coaching sessions, a determination as to which areas the client wants to work on will be made. Then, the coach and client will collaborate to determine and measure strategies for reaching the goals in the selected areas. All coaching sessions are confidential; however, coaching is not counseling or therapy. Coaching is about improved performance and increased self-empowerment. Sessions usually last for 45-60 minutes, and it is recommended that clients plan to participate in approximately 4 to 6 sessions.
Cost: $100.00/hour, prorated for each 15-minute part of an hour
